Kate's Treasures15 began with Dad's personal collection of films, books, music and other treasures gathered over many years.

After losing Dad, I wanted his collection to mean something rather than simply disappear into boxes or be treated as ordinary stock.

Every item from Dad's Collection carries a little part of his story. Finding new homes for those items allows his interests, personality and legacy to continue through the people who discover them.

The business has grown around that original collection and now includes preloved finds, gifts, home fragrance, books, DVDs, pet products, cleaning essentials, home accessories and new products that genuinely belong within the Kate's Treasures15 story.

I do not want Kate's Treasures15 to become one of those websites filled with thousands of random products that have no connection to each other.

Everything here has been included for a reason. Some pieces are unusual, nostalgic or difficult to replace. Others are practical, giftable or simply something I genuinely think customers will enjoy.

Every item from Dad's Collection and every preloved piece is photographed as it genuinely appears wherever possible.

I do not hide wear, marks or signs of age behind carefully chosen angles. The photographs are there to help you understand exactly what you are buying.

Some new product photographs may be supplied by the manufacturer or supplier for illustration purposes. Product descriptions are still written to remain clear, realistic and useful.

Colours, packaging, printed placement and small presentation details may occasionally vary slightly from those shown. Any important variation will be explained within the individual product listing where known.

I would always rather lose a sale because I described something honestly than gain one by allowing a customer to expect something different.

Condition Is Clearly Explained

Older and preloved items naturally tell the story of their previous lives.

If something has scratches, creases, foxing, shelf wear, writing, marks or another noticeable issue, I will explain it in the listing and show it in the photographs wherever possible.

Sealed products remain unopened. Any visible storage wear, loosened wrapping or marks to the outer packaging will be shown or described where relevant.

You should never have to open your parcel and discover a surprise that should have been mentioned before you ordered.

I package orders in the way I would hope another business would package something important to me, securely and with respect for what is inside.

Where an order is placed and paid for through the Kate's Treasures15 checkout, I remain your point of contact if you need help, even when another service assists with production or dispatch.
