Our website is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform for our business.

2. Products We Sell

Dad’s Collection

Dad’s Collection includes preloved books, DVDs, Blu rays, CDs, and collectibles from a personal family collection.

Each listing includes photographs and condition notes. Preloved items may show signs of age or use, and these are not faults where clearly shown or described.

New Products and Own Stock

We also sell carefully selected gifts, home fragrance, seasonal collections, products from our Exclusive European Collection, and digital gift cards.

Affiliate and Partner Brands

Some products or links featured on our website may direct you to trusted partner brands including VivaMK and Imperial Candles.

Orders placed through partner brands are processed directly through the partner’s own website and are subject to their own fulfilment, returns, and privacy policies.

Product Descriptions and Photos

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and devices.

Availability and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We may update pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders and Payments

When placing an order, you agree that the information provided is accurate, including your delivery address and contact details.

Important: Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. We never store your full card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we believe it may be fraudulent, if delivery details cannot be verified, or if there is a serious issue with the order information provided.

If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

UK Shipping

  • FREE tracked shipping on all UK website orders
  • Processing: Usually 1 to 2 working days Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays
  • Delivery: Usually 2 to 4 working days from dispatch
  • Tracking updates: Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to show the first courier scan

Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel if items are fulfilled separately.

International Shipping

We ship Dad’s Collection and products from our Exclusive European Collection to selected European countries.

International delivery timeframes are estimates only. Customs processing and local courier delays are outside our control.

Customs and Import Charges

Customers are responsible for checking local customs rules, import VAT, and any delivery charges that may apply within their own country.

5. Cancellations

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request a cancellation by emailing contact@katestreasures15.co.uk.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return eligible items under our Returns Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Sale and Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked as Sale, Clearance, or Final Sale may not qualify for change of mind returns.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Hygiene and Sealed Products

Opened cosmetics, skincare, and sealed media cannot be returned once opened or unsealed unless faulty.

7. Digital Gift Cards

Digital Gift Cards are non refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased. Please check recipient email details carefully before completing your order.

8. Social Proof Notifications

We may display recent purchase notifications to help customers shop with confidence. These notifications show general location information only.

If you would prefer not to appear in these notifications, please contact us and we will help.

9. Prohibited Uses
