Hello, fellow pet humans. I'm Arya, Chief Drama Officer at Kate's Treasures15, and I would love to welcome your best friend into my very important club.

Membership is completely FREE, because I believe every pet deserves to be celebrated, not only on their birthday but throughout the year.

Your pet will become an official VIP member of my pack, with birthday surprises, selected pet offers, early access to certain new products and plenty of Staffie-approved excitement.

Whether your companion has paws, floppy ears, a wagging tail or simply believes they own the sofa, there is always room for another VIP.

🐾 Safety Always Comes First

I love treats more than most dogs, but birthday gifts should always be safe.

That is why every birthday surprise is a toy rather than an edible treat, helping avoid concerns about allergies, dietary requirements or sensitive tummies.

🎂 Birthday Gift Information

We will use the birthday information supplied during registration to prepare your pet's annual birthday surprise.

Please register your pet as early as possible before their birthday. Registrations received too close to the date may not leave enough time for the gift to be prepared and delivered before the birthday itself.

Birthday gifts are selected by Kate and Arya and cannot normally be exchanged for another design, cash or store credit.

Where a pet's exact birthday is unknown, you may choose a special celebration date such as an adoption anniversary or gotcha day.

📩 VIP Emails and Offers

VIP Pet Club members may receive birthday messages, selected pet offers, club news, early product information and occasional invitations to competitions or giveaways.

You can unsubscribe from optional marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the message.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails may mean you no longer receive VIP offers, early-access messages or competition information.

We may still contact you where necessary about your pet's membership details or annual birthday gift.

⭐ Pet Features and Photographs

From time to time, we may invite VIP members to share photographs or stories for possible inclusion on the Kate's Treasures15 website, social media pages or newsletters.

We will only use a submitted photograph publicly where permission has been given.

Please only submit photographs that you own or have permission to share. Avoid including private information, children or other people unless everyone shown has agreed to the image being used.

Submitting a photograph does not guarantee that it will be featured.

Club Availability and Changes

Arya's VIP Pet Club is a free goodwill programme operated by Kate's Treasures15.

Membership benefits, birthday gifts, competitions, offers and early-access opportunities may occasionally change, pause or end.

Where possible, existing members will be given reasonable notice of a significant change.

Membership may be refused or withdrawn where false information is supplied, the club is misused or the same pet is registered repeatedly in an attempt to claim additional gifts.

Nothing in these club terms affects your statutory rights when purchasing products through the Kate's Treasures15 website.
