While we don't currently offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options, we're considering these for the future. Here's how cancellations would work if we implement these services:

 

Subscriptions

If we introduce subscription products:

• You'll receive regular deliveries based on your selected frequency
• Your payment method will be securely stored for future charges
• You'll be able to cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
• Cancellation options will include a link in your confirmation email or contacting us directly

 

Pre-Orders

If we offer pre-order items:

• Full payment would be taken at the time of purchase to reserve your item
• You could cancel before dispatch by contacting us
• Once shipped, our standard Return Policy would apply

 

Try Before You Buy

If we introduce a try-before-you-buy option:

• Your payment method would be authorized but not charged at checkout
• You'd have a specified trial period to decide if you want to keep the item
• Items not returned by the end of the trial would be fully charged
• Returns would need to meet our standard conditions (unworn/unused with tags)
