We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it better!
How Returns Work
To be eligible for a return:
- Items should be in their original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging
- Please have your proof of purchase handy (order confirmation email works perfectly!)
- Contact us at contact@katestreasures15.co.uk or via our website chat to start the process
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for peace of mind.
Preloved Treasures
Our preloved items are carefully checked before shipping. If you receive a preloved item that doesn't match our description or has an issue:
- Email us at contact@katestreasures15.co.uk within 2 days of receiving your order
- Include clear photos of the issue
- We'll review and provide a prepaid return label if needed
- We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 business day
Oops! Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing your treasures, but sometimes things happen. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Please let us know within 2 days
- Send us photos of the issue
- We'll work quickly to make it right!
Items We Can't Accept for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalised items
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original for a refund. This ensures you get your new treasure as quickly as possible!
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We'll send you an email to let you know we've received it
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days
- Funds typically appear in your account within 7 business days (depending on your bank)
