Payment Options
Simple and secure ways to pay for your Kate's Treasures15 order.
Payments made through the Kate's Treasures15 checkout are processed securely through Shopify and the payment services available when you place your order.
Kate's Treasures15 does not receive or store your complete payment card number, card security code, PayPal password or online banking login details.
The payment methods available for your order will be displayed securely at checkout before payment is completed.
Ways to Pay
Debit & Credit Cards
Supported debit and credit cards will be shown at checkout and may include major card providers such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Card payments are processed through the payment services available through our Shopify checkout.
PayPal
PayPal may be available if you prefer to complete your payment using your PayPal account or another payment method offered by PayPal.
Any Pay Later or instalment option offered by PayPal is subject to PayPal's own eligibility, approval and terms.
Express Checkout
Depending on your device and the payment options currently enabled, you may see express checkout methods such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
Only the payment options displayed during your checkout are available for that order.
Digital Gift Cards
A valid Kate's Treasures15 digital gift card can be entered at checkout and used towards a website purchase.
If the gift card does not cover the full order value, the remaining balance can be paid using another payment method available at checkout.
Discount Codes & Offers
Where a discount code is available, enter it in the discount section at checkout. Automatic offers will apply when their conditions have been met.
Please check that any discount or offer you expect to receive is showing correctly before completing checkout.
Discounts cannot normally be combined unless the relevant offers have specifically been set up to work together.
Currency
Prices and payments through the Kate's Treasures15 website are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Website orders are available for UK delivery only.
Keeping Your Payment Secure
Payment information is handled through the secure checkout and payment service selected when you order.
Please never send complete card details, card security codes, passwords or online banking information to us by email, social media, contact form or any other message.
Payment Problems
My Payment Is Pending
A payment may occasionally appear as pending while your bank or payment provider completes security or authorisation checks.
A pending transaction does not always mean that an order has been completed, so please check whether you received a Kate's Treasures15 order confirmation.
Having Trouble at Checkout?
Check that your payment information and billing address have been entered correctly and complete any security verification requested by your bank or payment provider.
You may also be able to try another payment method shown at checkout. If payment continues to fail, your bank or payment provider may be able to explain why the transaction was declined.
How Are Refunds Paid?
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method used for the order.

Purchases Made Through Another Website or Marketplace
If you purchase through eBay or another external retailer or marketplace, payment is completed using the methods and terms provided by that website.
