This copy comes from my dad's personal collection. Dad was an actor and scriptwriter with a genuine love of world cinema, independent film and memorable performances. Directed by Alain Resnais, Night and Fog (Nuit et brouillard) returns to the sites of former Nazi concentration and extermination camps, contrasting images of the quiet locations in the 1950s with historical footage documenting persecution, imprisonment and mass murder.
