From the day your treasure lands on your doorstep, you’ve got 30 days to decide if you love it... or want to lovingly return it.

📦 Returning Something? Here's What We Need
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

In original condition (unused, not reimagined into an art project)

Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt

💡 Return postage is on you (unless something’s arrived broken or just plain wrong — in that case, we’ll sort it).
Tracked shipping is your best friend. That parcel’s going on a journey, after all.
♻️ Preloved, Not Pre-destroyed
We love second-hand gems, but if your item shows up looking more “bargain bin at the apocalypse” than “gently used,” snap some pics and contact us within 2 days.
If it’s genuinely damaged or defective, we’ll get a prepaid return label to you faster than you can say “was this haunted?”
🚫 What You Can’t Send Back
We’d love to take everything back, but even we have limits:
