About Us

Q: What’s the story behind Kate’s Treasures15?

Dad was an actor and scriptwriter who spent decades collecting world cinema films and books. The 15 is his birthday. After he passed away, Kate started this business to honour his legacy and share his collection with people who genuinely appreciate it.

Q: Who runs the business?

Kate handles everything personally, from listings and photography to customer service and packing orders. Arya, our rescue Staffordshire Bull Terrier, is the Chief Drama Officer and oversees quality control with very strong opinions.

Q: How does the 20% donation work?

20% of every website order supports Arundawn Dog Rescue. Donations are made regularly and kept as part of our business records. Even if an order is returned, the donation is still honoured.

Q: Do affiliate links support Arundawn too?

Yes. When you shop through selected affiliate links, we may earn a commission and a portion of those earnings also helps support Arundawn Dog Rescue.

Q: Who is Arundawn Dog Rescue?

Arundawn Dog Rescue has spent more than 46 years helping vulnerable dogs, including those at risk in council pounds.

Supporting rescue work is deeply important to us, especially after adopting Arya, our rescue Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Chief Drama Officer.

Alongside regular donations, Kate’s Treasures15 also supports local fundraising events, community dog shows, and rescue awareness throughout the year.

Shipping

Q: How quickly do you ship orders?

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days. UK delivery includes FREE tracked shipping and typically arrives within 2 to 4 working days from dispatch. Tracking details are sent by email.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Dad’s Collection and selected eligible items can be shipped to Republic of Ireland, Mainland Italy, Mainland France, Spain, Greece, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Austria, and Denmark using Royal Mail Tracked International.

Orders under £30 cost £9 shipping. Orders £30 and over qualify for free shipping. Eligible items can be checked out directly on the website.

Q: My tracking has not updated yet. Should I worry?

Usually not. Tracking can sometimes take 24 to 48 hours to show its first movement, particularly during busy periods.

Returns

Q: What is your returns policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. For change of mind returns, items must be returned in the same condition and customers are responsible for return postage.

Q: What items cannot be returned?

• Sale items for change of mind

• Sealed DVDs or CDs once opened

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

Please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of both the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Checkout is securely processed through Shopify.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually cancel or amend it. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, although returns can still be arranged under our returns policy.

Q: What about affiliate partner products?

Affiliate partner orders, including brands such as VivaMK, Imperial Candles, and other trusted lifestyle brands, are fulfilled directly by those brands and follow their own policies.
