Shipping thresholds remain based on British Pounds (£), with the equivalent automatically converted where needed.
Region Codes and Photos
All DVDs and Blu-rays include the region code within the product description. If you would like to double check compatibility before ordering, just email us and we will happily confirm.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and customs processing may occasionally add additional time outside our control.
Customs, VAT and Import Charges
Kate’s Treasures15 does not charge or collect VAT, customs fees, or import duties on international orders.
If your country applies import charges, these must be paid by the customer before delivery.
Customs charges are set by your country and may include VAT, duties, import fees, or courier handling charges.
We complete a customs declaration form and attach it securely to your parcel.
If you are unsure whether your country applies import charges, we recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.
If you need advice before buying, feel free to email us and we will always do our best to help, although we cannot predict or control customs charges.
Refused or Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is refused, not collected, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
If the parcel returns safely in good condition, we will refund the item cost minus any courier return fees or deductions.
Lost International Parcels
- European orders are considered lost after 25 working days from dispatch
Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until this timeframe has passed.
