NEW for 2026 We're now shipping Dad's Collection to selected European countries. You can check out directly on eligible items. We're trialling this, so only Dad's items and some Avon products are available internationally at the moment.

Liquids and flammable items cannot be shipped internationally.


How to Browse

Browse our UK website and select your country at checkout. Items that cannot be shipped to your country will not be available to purchase.


Region Codes and Photos

All DVDs and Blu-rays have the region code listed in the description. If you cannot find it or want to double check before ordering, email us and we will confirm. If you would like extra photos of Dad's collection items, just ask and we will happily send them.


Shipping Costs

  • Orders under £30: £9 Royal Mail Tracked International
  • Orders £30 or over: Free Royal Mail Tracked International

Currency Note

Shipping thresholds are based on our base currency of British Pounds (£). If your prices are displayed in Euros (€) using Shopify Markets, the equivalent amount is automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customs processing may add additional time and this is outside our control.


Customs and Import Duties

We complete a customs declaration form and attach it to your parcel.

By placing an international order, you accept full responsibility for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or handling charges applied by your country.

If you are unsure what charges may apply, please check with your local customs office before ordering.


Refused or Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is refused, not collected, returned due to unpaid customs charges, or returned because an incorrect address was provided, original shipping costs will not be refunded.

If the parcel is returned to us in good condition, we will refund the item cost minus any return fees or charges deducted by the courier.


Lost International Parcels

  • European orders are considered lost after 25 working days from dispatch
  • Other international orders are considered lost after 30 working days from dispatch

We cannot issue a replacement or refund until these timeframes have passed.

See something on our UK website with no shipping restrictions that you would like sent internationally. Email Mum with the details and she will confirm if we can send it. If approved, you can pay securely online and we will arrange dispatch.
