We are very pleased to now offer international delivery on Dad’s Collection and selected items from our exclusive European Collection.
Not every product can travel abroad, unfortunately. Some are apparently less adventurous than others. Only products approved for international delivery will be available to buy in the countries listed below.

What You Can Order
International customers can currently order from the following areas of Kate’s Treasures15:
- Dad’s Collection, including preloved DVDs, Blu-rays, books, CDs and world cinema titles
- Our Exclusive European Collection, featuring selected gifts, home fragrance and other approved products available for international delivery
If an item is not approved for delivery to your country, international checkout will not be available for that product.
That does not always mean it is completely impossible, though. If you spot something you love, you are welcome to email us and we will check whether it can be sent safely and legally.
The Best Way to Browse
For the full Kate’s Treasures15 experience, we recommend having a look through the UK version of the website first.
The UK site shows our complete range, including products that may not currently be available for international checkout.
Country-specific versions of the website may look slightly smaller because they only display products approved for delivery to that location. We have not secretly hidden all the good things. Shipping rules are simply rather fussy.
Prices and Currency
Our main website currency is British Pounds (£).
If you select one of our supported European countries, Shopify may show prices in Euros (€), depending on the market and checkout settings available in your location.
Our free-shipping thresholds are still based on British Pounds (£), with the equivalent amount converted automatically where needed.
DVD and Blu-ray Region Codes
All DVDs and Blu-rays include the region code within the product description wherever this information is available.
Please check that the disc is compatible with your player before ordering. If you are unsure, just email us and we will happily double-check it for you.
Extra photographs of items from Dad’s Collection are also available on request. We would much rather send another picture than have you wondering what might arrive.

- Orders under £30: £9 Royal Mail Tracked International
- Orders of £30 or more: FREE Royal Mail Tracked International
Exclusive European Collection
- Orders under £45: £9 international delivery
- Orders of £45 or more: FREE international delivery
All delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Most parcels behave themselves, but customs delays and busy postal periods can occasionally add extra time outside our control.
Customs, VAT and Import Charges
Kate’s Treasures15 does not charge or collect VAT, customs fees or import duties on international orders.
Your country may apply additional charges before delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Possible charges can include local VAT, customs duty, import fees or courier handling charges.
We complete the required customs declaration and attach it securely to your parcel before dispatch.
Unfortunately, we cannot predict what another country may decide to charge. Customs departments tend to make their own rules and do not ask Arya’s permission first.
If you are unsure whether charges may apply, we recommend checking your local customs guidance before ordering.
You are always welcome to email us before buying. We will help where we can, although we cannot guarantee or control customs charges.
Refused or Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is refused, not collected or returned because customs charges were not paid, the original shipping cost cannot be refunded.
If the parcel arrives back with us safely and in its original condition, we will refund the cost of the item minus any return charges, courier fees or deductions applied during its journey back.
Lost International Parcels
- European orders are considered lost after 25 working days from the date of dispatch
We know waiting for a missing parcel is frustrating. However, refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the official lost-parcel timeframe has passed.
Please contact us if your tracking has stopped updating and we will help investigate it.

If approved, the normal international shipping rate for that collection will apply. Dad’s Collection qualifies for FREE Royal Mail Tracked International delivery on orders of £30 or more, while our Exclusive European Collection qualifies for FREE delivery on orders of £45 or more.
I have inspected the international shipping arrangements and can confirm that parcels are packed carefully.
I am not currently allowed to stamp customs forms because apparently one paw print is not considered an official signature.
I remain available for important supervisory duties, particularly those involving cardboard boxes.
