Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it free of charge.

How To Cancel

If the order has not already been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 2 to 5 working days depending on your payment provider.


After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, eligible items can still be returned under our Returns Policy.

You have 14 days from delivery to notify us that you would like to return an item. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to send it back.

Please note: Return postage remains the customer’s responsibility for change of mind returns unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Once dispatched, tracking details are emailed automatically. If you are unsure whether your order has already been sent, simply contact us and we will happily check for you.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographs of the item and outer packaging help us resolve issues as quickly as possible.

What Happens Next
  • We may arrange a replacement where possible
  • Where appropriate, a full refund will be issued
  • If return shipping is required for a faulty item, we will cover the cost

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange return or collection where needed and either send the correct item or issue a full refund.


Digital Gift Cards

Digital Gift Cards are non refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased. Please double check recipient email details before completing your order.


Partner Brand Orders

Some products featured on Kate’s Treasures15 may be fulfilled directly by carefully chosen partner brands including VivaMK, Imperial Candles, and other trusted brands that genuinely fit the Kate’s Treasures15 community.

Orders fulfilled directly by partner brands follow the cancellation, returns, and refund policies of the supplier or brand involved.

If you are unsure who fulfils your order, simply email us and we will happily point you in the right direction.
