Right darlings… fake books. Ceramic books. Sitting proudly next to the real books that haven’t been opened since the last “I’m going to start reading again” phase. The humans lit this and suddenly they’re very into their “reading corner.” No reading has occurred. But the smell is nice and they’re feeling intellectual which is apparently enough. I’ve seen more commitment from a half chewed toy. Still, they’re happy, the room smells good, and I was given cheese as part of this entire performance. Five paws for delivering absolutely no literature but excellent snack opportunities.
